HEAT and COLD PACK 

This heat and cold pack delivers targeted temperature therapy for effective muscle relaxation. IMPORTANT NOTE:  READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

FOR HEAT PACKS - DO NOT REHEAT THEM FOR MORE THAN 2 MINUTES

Put in the microwave for 1 MINUTE then for 30 SECONDS each time you reach your desired heat.

Do not directly apply heat packs on skin if it’s too hot for your liking.

Make sure that the heat packs are completely DRY and not moist when reheating to avoid catching a fire in the microwave. DO NOT reheat heat pack if there is moisture in the heat pack. 

If using as COLD pack, place inside the ziplock bag before placing in the freezer to avoid the fabric to get wet.

We do not recommend using the lupin heat packs for both cold and heat, try to use with one or another as moisture may cause them to catch fire in the microwave.
